Are you available during COVID-19?

As an essential business, we are open and available to serve you. We follow CDC guidelines for the health and safety of our employees and customers.

What if your service doesn‘t get rid of the bugs right away, or they come back?

We can’t guarantee unwanted pests won’t show up again. However, we can guarantee that we will show up again to Clear ‘Em Out. Ongoing customers enjoy the peace of mind of a FULL GUARANTEE. We will return FREE of charge if you have an issue with covered pests before and after each regularly scheduled service.

Do you treat for termites?

Unfortunately, we do not offer termite or other wood destroying organism (WDO) services. We’re happy to make a referral if we identify termite activity in, or around your home.

What pests are covered by your service?

We are licensed to treat most general structural pests such as spiders, ants, roaches etc. Stinging insects are covered with the exception of BEES. If bees are invading the structure we recommend bee keepers for removal and a contractor for any necessary repairs.

Are the products you use safe for pets?

Yes. After the treatment is completed, pets can be reintroduced to the treated areas when surfaces are dry.

Do I need to leave during the treatment?

If the treatments are limited to the exterior, there is no need to vacate the structure. If interior treatment is necessary, we may advise you to vacate the interior 2-4 hours depending on the treatment.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, we offer flexible service agreements that can be cancelled with 30 days notice with no cancellation fees.

I’m not sure what bugs I have. How much will it cost me to find out what they are?

Nothing. We offer FREE PEST ID, inspection, and quote.

I don’t like the idea of pesticides, but I’m fed up with these spiders. Do you offer something eco-friendly?

Yes. We have eco-friendly products. It’s the Clear Choice service. We also take an IPM approach (Integrated Pest Management) and employ other methods to control pests to avoid the application of pesticides.

I’ve decided to contact you for an appointment. When should I pay for your service?

After completing your FREE inspection and proffering a FREE Estimate, you can make payment for the initial service prior to the treatment. All ongoing customers will be invoiced after the service is completed. Only the initial service requires payment up front.
